The Oregon UAS Accelerator has announced the conclusion of its inaugural Pendleton Investor Round-Up, marking an advancement of unmanned aerial and robotics systems innovation in Oregon.
The event showcased seven startups from the accelerator’s inaugural cohort. These companies presented their technologies to an audience of investors, industry leaders, and strategic partners.
United States Senator Ron Wyden opened the event stating, “This is an exciting moment as we gather to highlight 7 innovative start-ups that are not just accelerating but reshaping the future of unmanned aerial and robotics systems right here in the state of Oregon.”
The following startups participated in the event:
- Advanced Drone LLC: Specializing in agricultural UAS operations for herbicide application.
- Aerial Industries Ltd Singapore: Developing scalable autonomous UAS for agriculture and delivery.
- Cyphra Autonomy: Pioneering voice control solutions for autonomous vehicles.
- Phenix Solutions, Inc.: Veteran-owned company focused on heavy-lift UAS for cargo transport and firefighting.
- Rangair LLC: Innovating airborne broadband solutions for public safety.
- Zing Drone Solutions (People’s Choice Award Winner): Enhancing safety and compliance in drone operations.
- Zepher Flight Labs (Judge’s Overall Winner): Manufactures the Z-SCAN system, enhancing drone safety by providing real-time identification of drones and operators.
