D-Fend Solutions Expands U.S. Team with Defense and Homeland Security Experts

D-Fend Solutions, a provider of radio frequency (RF), cyber-based counter-drone technology, has announced the expansion of its U.S. team to address the increasing demand for counter-drone solutions. The company, which focuses on the military, homeland security, law enforcement, and airport sectors, has strengthened its presence with strategic hires to support its operations from its McLean, Virginia office.

The new appointments include Gordon Kesting as Vice President of U.S. Sales and Business Development and Glenn McArthur as Business Development Manager. Both bring extensive experience in defense and homeland security, positioning D-Fend Solutions to continue its leadership in the counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) market.

Key Appointments

Gordon Kesting, with a background at major defense companies such as Hughes Aircraft Company/Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, BAE Systems, and DRS Technologies, will oversee regional sales, capture management, customer engagement, and business development. Most recently, Kesting was instrumental in expanding Elbit Systems of America’s presence in the homeland security and international military markets.

Glenn McArthur, a former U.S. Border Patrol officer with 25 years of service, will focus on driving business growth and strategic partnerships in the homeland security and public safety sectors. McArthur’s experience includes leadership roles and expertise in C-UAS intelligence and operations.
