EagleNXT has acquired a $10 million stake in Israeli counter-UAS firm ThirdEye Systems and established a majority-owned U.S. joint venture to bring integrated counter-drone solutions to the American and Canadian markets.

The new entity, ThirdEye USA LLC, will operate out of EagleNXT’s headquarters in Allen, Texas, with EagleNXT holding 51 percent ownership and ThirdEye Systems retaining 49 percent. EagleNXT will appoint three of the five managers of the joint venture, which is expected to be operational by May 2026.
ThirdEye Systems specializes in electro-optical recognition and AI-powered counter-drone systems, with a product portfolio including the Argus Shield, Meduza X, Chimera UL, vEYE, fEYE, and Tesseract — deployed across fixed installations, armored and unarmored tactical vehicles, and drone-mounted configurations.
The ThirdEye investment is EagleNXT’s second Israeli acquisition in recent months, following a strategic investment in Aerodrome Group, a developer of loitering munition and precision-strike capabilities. Together the two transactions position EagleNXT as a conduit between Israeli battlefield-tested technologies and American defense procurement channels.
“With the establishment of the ThirdEye USA joint venture in our Allen, Texas facility, we are strengthening our position in the defense and security markets while delivering American-produced, localized solutions that align with U.S. acquisition and export requirements,” said Bill Irby, EagleNXT CEO.
