This partnership has resulted in the creation of a multi-constellation, multi-frequency (MCMF) GNSS platform, aiming to set new benchmarks in aviation navigation and safety.
This MCMF GNSS platform combines CMC’s certification prowess with the digital signal processing expertise of Hexagon | NovAtel. Designed to meet current and future challenges, the platform provides superior capabilities in detecting GNSS signal spoofing and jamming, while also emphasizing a lighter weight and more compact form factor.
With the proliferation of GNSS signal jamming and spoofing threats extending beyond military concerns to impact global commercial aviation and civilian sectors, CMC Electronics and Hexagon | NovAtel are at the forefront of ushering in a new era of MCMF GNSS positioning and Assured Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (APNT). Their collaborative efforts aim to deliver maximum reliability and dependability in solutions for the commercial aviation, military, and unmanned aerial systems markets.
