RA’ANANA, Israel and MCLEAN, Virginia—Counter-drone company D-Fend Solutions announced the launch of its new product, EnforceAir2, which features the best offerings of the original award-winning EnforceAir technology with enhanced and extended C-UAS capabilities.
The system now comes with even more power, performance, portability and range, all in a more compact and accessible system, the company announced Aug. 23.
The new system has longer-range detection and mitigation coverage ranges, overcomes the limitations of traditional commercial, off-the-shelf SDR platforms, has multiple receivers and transmitters, real-time processing and advanced radio frequency technology, and is compliant with radio regulations. It also has high-performance multiple input, multiple output (MIMO) antennas for improved radiation patterns and a compact footprint form factor that’s suitable for tactical or fixed applications, the company said.
Backpack Option
The system’s brand-new backpack deployment provides flexible, on-the-move full capability protection for tactical and stealth operations in a compact ultra-mobile solution, the company said. It’s usable in covert cases, with concealed antennas and a rugged, slim, lightweight design. It uses hot-swappable batteries for long-term power, meaning no downtime in continuous operations.
EnforceAir2 comes with a multi-use deployment kit that enables tactical teams to overcome deployment challenges and have operational flexibility. This includes quick set-up locking and release mechanisms; tactical, vehicular, stationary and man-portable backpack deployments; and best-in-class size, weight and power.
